Red Cloud

A traditional style American IPA showcasing classic American hops. A very hop forward IPA with notes of pine and dank earthiness. Loaded with hop flavor and only a moderate amount of bitterness by adding nearly all the hops at the last minute. Brewed with just enough caramel malt to give it a signature red hue, and with a dash of rye to add a subtle spiciness to play off the hops. Unfiltered and in the Chief's favorite style. 7.0% ABV
